At Direct Supply, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer flexible return options to ensure peace of mind.
Conditions for Returns
- Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- All original components and accessories must be returned.
- The item must be cleaned and safely packaged.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@directsupply.com.au or use our contact form with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Whether the product has been used
We’ll respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
Exchanges & Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at support@directsupply.com.au
We’ll arrange a prompt replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
Refused or undeliverable shipments are not grounds for a refund. If returned, they will be held until we receive payment for the same shipping and handling fees to cover re-shipping. Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery to avoid delays.
For PayPal users: Orders will only be shipped to the address listed on your PayPal account. Please ensure your PayPal shipping address is correct before ordering.
Import Taxes and Duties
Purchasers outside of Australia are responsible for all taxes and import duties applied by the destination country. Direct Supply will not be responsible or liable for any additional charges applied by customs.
Return Address
Returns must be sent to the address provided in your return approval email. Please do not send items back without prior authorisation.
